About Hannah

Hannah Hatfield, M.Ed.

(she/her)

THERAPIST

Hi! My name is Hannah Hatfield, and I am a graduate of Lincoln Memorial University (LMU) where I obtained my Masters of Education in Mental Health Counseling. Prior to beginning my master’s degree program, I obtained my Bachelor of Science in Psychology. Since entering the mental health field, I have worked for three years at a research institute, focusing on grant-funded suicide prevention programs. As an intern, I worked with adults in a dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) intensive outpatient program, which has inspired me to work towards becoming a DBT therapist. Through these roles, I have become dedicated to helping those who have experienced trauma and other adverse experiences as well as those struggling with suicidality, trauma, grief, mood disorders, anxiety, and general life stresses.

As a therapist, it is my goal to offer empathetic, compassionate understanding to each client by being warm, relatable, and personable. Every client’s experience and reason for seeking therapy are unique. Through a client-centered approach, I aim to meet clients where they are by providing them with a safe place to collaboratively set and meet achievable goals. I would be honored to work with you as you navigate your therapeutic journey
