THERAPIST
Hi I am Danielle!
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC/MHSP) who approaches therapy with curiosity, compassion, and a belief in each person’s capacity for growth. My work is grounded in an existential therapeutic framework and integrates evidence-based practices from Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
I earned my Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, and my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a concentration in Counseling from Maryville College. I have experience working with adults navigating addiction in an inpatient setting, as well as supporting high school and college students within campus environments.
I believe counseling works best as a collaborative process rooted in a strong, trusting therapeutic relationship. My goal is to create a space that feels safe, supportive, and empowering—one where clients feel heard and respected. Together, we tailor treatment goals to each individual’s needs, focusing on building resilience, fostering self-understanding, and supporting meaningful, lasting growth.
