Mandy Walker is the founder and owner of The Walk Counseling, where she is known for her thoughtful, down-to-earth approach in the therapy room. Drawing from modalities such as DBT and EMDR, Mandy tailors her work to each individual, always prioritizing authenticity, trust, and a deep respect for each client’s unique story.
Mandy is not accepting new clinical supervisees at this time.
Lauren is an Approved Clinical Supervisor in the state of Tennessee and is deeply invested in the growth and development of other clinicians. She regularly provides supervision and leads multiple clinical consultation groups each week, creating space for connection, learning, and support among providers.

Rachel provides relational, trauma-informed supervision for clinicians seeking a supportive and collaborative space for professional growth. Her approach to supervision emphasizes authenticity, clinical confidence, ethical practice, and developing a strong therapeutic presence.
Her clinical background includes trauma-informed and relational work, training in sex therapy, and ongoing specialization toward certification as an ADHD-Certified Clinical Services Provider (ADHD-CCSP). She especially enjoys supporting clinicians working with trauma, attachment, neurodivergence, relational concerns, and identity development.

John is an Approved Clinical Supervisor for Licensed Professional Counselors in the state of Tennessee. He has nearly 25 years experience across multiple settings including residential, inpatient, intensive in-home and mobile crisis. He enjoys working with pre-licensed clinicians, offering guidance, support, and mentorship as they grow in their skills and confidence. John is currently accepting new supervisees and is passionate about investing in the next generation of counselors.
