THERAPIST
Hi, I’m Presley!
I’m so glad you’re here. I earned my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from LMU and am currently working toward licensure. Before that, I graduated from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville with a Bachelor’s in Psychology and a minor in Philosophy.
I love working with both children and adults and currently have immediate availability for new clients. Building a genuine, trusting relationship is at the heart of how I approach therapy, and it would be an honor to create that space with you and/or your child. For kids ages 5–12, I offer play therapy—a warm, creative, and often transformative process that can support children struggling with anxiety, impulsivity, big emotions, and more.
With adults, I primarily draw from Internal Family Systems (IFS), along with DBT and CBT. If you’ve seen the movie Inside Out, IFS works from a similar idea: we all have different “parts” of ourselves that try to protect us, especially when we’ve been hurt. Sometimes those parts become louder or more intense than we’d like. Together, we’ll gently build awareness of these parts and meet them with compassion and curiosity, making space for your core Self to lead. IFS has been deeply meaningful in my own healing, and it’s a model I’m grateful to share with others.
If you’re curious about working together, I offer free 10–15 minute virtual consultations so we can meet and see if it feels like a good fit. Send me an email anytime—I’d love to connect and walk alongside you or your child on this healing journey.
