Hi, I’m Presley!
I’m so glad you’re here.

I earned my Bachelor’s in Psychology with a minor in Philosophy from the University of Tennessee, and my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from LMU. I currently hold an associate license and am working toward full LPC licensure.

I love working with clients of all ages—children, teens, and adults are all welcome in my office. Building a genuine, trusting relationship is at the heart of my approach to therapy, and it would be an honor to create that space with you or your child.

For children ages 5–12, I offer play therapy—a warm, creative, and often transformative approach that supports kids navigating anxiety, impulsivity, big emotions, and more.

With teens and adults, I often draw from Internal Family Systems (IFS). If you’ve seen Inside Out, it’s a helpful way to understand this approach—we all have different “parts” of ourselves, some protective and some wounded, all working together to support us day to day. Even when patterns feel unhelpful, each part has a positive intention. Together, we’ll gently build awareness of these parts and meet them with compassion and curiosity as part of your healing process. I also incorporate DBT skills, offering practical tools to support emotional regulation and coping.

For trauma-specific work, I am trained in EMDR, a research-based approach designed to help process traumatic experiences. I integrate EMDR at a pace that feels right for you, ensuring you have a strong foundation of supportive tools first.

I also want to share that I am a follower of Jesus, and if faith is meaningful to you, I’m happy to incorporate that into our work together.
