CLINICIAN
Hello! I’m Rachel, and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor. I help individuals navigate the lasting impact of trauma, with a special focus on healing from religious trauma and rebuilding healthy, fulfilling relationships. My approach is grounded in compassion, safety, and respect—offering clients a supportive space to process their experiences, regain their sense of self, and create meaningful connections. Together, we work toward healing old wounds, uncovering inner strength, and fostering growth so that clients can move forward with greater clarity, resilience, and peace. This is a safe space, all are welcome.
I utilize EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) for trauma work. EMDR is a powerful, research-backed approach that helps your brain reprocess painful experiences so they no longer feel overwhelming. Instead of just talking about the past, EMDR works with your mind and body to release what’s been holding you back, creating space for healing. I look forward to working with you!
